Revision Policy

Revisions allowed depend on your selected package, as outlined in your package details. We are dedicated to client satisfaction, offering unlimited revisions within package constraints at no extra charge, provided design concepts remain unchanged. Logo design revisions are delivered within 48 hours; website design revisions within 24 hours; web development revisions within 24 to 48 hours, depending on complexity.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is from 24 to 48 hours for logo designs, extending to at least 48 hours for packages with four or more logo concepts. Website design (home/index, including revamp designs) has a minimum turnaround of 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Website development (5-7 pages) turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday commence processing the following Monday.

Refund Policy

Dmax Global’s refund policy is void if:

  • You chose an all-in-one package.
  • Primary design concept has been approved.
  • Revisions were requested.
  • Cancellation is unrelated to the company.
  • No contact for over two weeks.
  • Violation of company policies.
  • Another designer/company was engaged.
  • Insufficient creative brief details.
  • Demand for complete design change.
  • Request surpasses refund time limit.
  • Business closure or rebranding.
  • Reasons unrelated to service dissatisfaction.

Refunds on bundled services apply solely to individual services causing dissatisfaction. No refund is available after final file delivery or 30 days post-purchase. Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting services are non-refundable. Website refunds are not possible once design approval has occurred.
